La agencia *S,C,P,F,… gana la cuenta de Solvia, la inmobiliaria de Banco Sabadell, y nos pide la dirección de arte, y sobre todo, que creemos un lenguaje distinto. El sector inmobiliario tradicionalmente no se distingue por hacer una comunicación muy sofisticada, y ahora mismo, gracias a la crisis, está en el peor momento de imagen de la historia. Es por tanto un encargo delicado.

Apostamos por un estilo totalmente distinto del que estamos acostumbrados por las inmobiliarias. Prescindimos de las ofertas gritadas, y presentamos una dirección de arte basada en ilustraciones muy sencillas, en blanco y negro la mayoría. El tono es serio, reflexivo, poético, humano y sobre todo, con mucha empatía con el consumidor. Nos ponemos en la piel del que va a comprar (alquilar) una casa, de sus ilusiones, miedos y expectativas. Una casa es mucho más que 100 m2 con tres habitaciones, parking y trastero. Es un hogar.

Art direction

The agency * S, C, P, F, … wins Solvia account, the real estate of Banco Sabadell, and asks us the art direction, and above all, to create a different language. The real estate industry tradiotionally is not known for making a very sophisticated communication, and now, thanks to the crisis, is the worst time in history. It is therefore a delicate project.

We created a totally different visual universe from what we are used by real estate style, and presented an art direction based on very simple illustrations, most in black and white. The tone is serious, thoughtful, poetic, humane and above all, with a lot of empathy with the consumer. We put ourselves in the shoes of who will buy (rent) a house , with his dreams, fears and expectations. A house is much more than 100 m2 with three bedrooms, parking and storage. It is a home.
